Terroir
Red mediterranean soil over a bed of Corbières limestone.

Grape varieties
80% Alexandria Muscat, 20% Muscat petit grain

Winemaking
Direct pressing of both varieties. Juice selection. Cold settling . Low temperature fermentation.

Tasting
Beautiful golden color. Intense, complex scent, with hints of lemon and menthol. A taste of white flowers and honey, of fresh almonds.Onctious and fatty, with a fresh harmonious finish. Very nice length.
