Red mediterranean soil over a bed of Corbière limestone. Salses Espira de l'Agly Commune.

Grape varieties
70% Black Grenache, 20% syrah, 10% carignan

Winemaking
Manuel Harvest, triage on the parcel, destalked. Traditional maceration of 15 days with daily treading.

Tasting
Deep, luminescent, brilliant, it expresses itself with hints of strawberry and blackberry during aeration. Subtle on the fore palate, followed by a mouthful of cherries and blackberry jam.
